一名已婚婦女外遇結識一名小她14歲的「小王」，婦人丈夫發現妻子內褲，沾有不明體液，他心生一計將妻子內褲冰存起來，聲請採集DNA，果真發現其他男性的DNA反應。丈夫怒告通姦，妻子竟辯稱是和男性友人散步時，對方一時性起，她脫下內褲讓對方「自行解決」，檢方聽後痛批辯詞太瞎，6日將2人起訴。
這起已婚婦女辯稱脫下內褲讓男性友人「打手槍」、遭檢方痛批辯詞太瞎的案件，根據《蘋果日報》報導，該名46歲的蘇姓女子，10年1月和邱姓丈夫結婚前，就已結識32歲的黃姓男子。雙方互動密切，即使蘇女婚後仍有往來，引發邱男起疑心。100年5月10日晚間7時左右，蘇女帶著情趣用品稱說要到旅館「放鬆一下」，當晚11時才返家。
邱男見妻子換下的內褲，疑似沾有男性分泌物，於是私下將內褲冰存蒐證，事後怒告妻子通姦。檢方原先因證據不足不予起訴，但邱男聲請再議成功，檢方重新偵查。邱男將妻子內褲泡水採樣和送驗，果真驗出男性DNA反應，經比對後證實內褲的精液反應是黃男所有。
檢方傳喚2人到庭說明，黃男否認曾和蘇女發生關係，聲稱當時是借用對方內褲用來自瀆；蘇女也辯稱自己一時禁不起對方請求，才會脫下內褲讓黃男「自行解決」，事後再穿回內褲。但檢方痛批2人辯詞太瞎，6日依通姦罪將2人起訴。
